Showing Up was founded by childhood friends Benjamin and David. They first met at school and, three decades later, built Showing Up together.
Benjamin began selling at the age of six, running a small car washing business with his brother. He's loved selling ever since! He has designed learning for organisations from the boardroom to the frontline of humanitarian crises, including with Diageo, Samsung, the UN, EY, KPMG, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, the NHS, and Springer Nature.
David is a UX and platform design leader with nearly two decades of experience shaping digital products used by millions of end-users worldwide. He builds tools that make the complex feel simple, and that makes learning stick. He has worked with organisations including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and JP Morgan.

From day one, we made a commitment: for every person we train, we will fund a free scholarship for a young person who would not otherwise have access to great learning and education.
Through this model, young people facing real barriers gain the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive in meaningful work. Our ambition is to support one million young people into the workplace by 2035. Every time your team learns with us, you’re helping to make that vision a reality.
