Our commitment is to support at least one million young people by 2035 who face barriers to entering the workforce and building a flourishing career. And we would love you to be part of this mission as well.
In the UK alone, around 900,000 young people are out of work. Across the world, tens of millions lack access to the education and support needed to build a sustainable career. We believe that's a complex problem worth solving.
We care deeply about great education and making it accessible to people who would not otherwise get the chance. Our commitment is to support at least 1 million young people with scholarships that give them access to the kind of learning that they would otherwise not receive.
Through these scholarships, we support young people facing real personal, financial, or systemic barriers, helping them build practical skills, self-belief, and professional networks that open doors. We work alongside charities, schools, youth organisations, and employers to ensure learning is relevant, inclusive, and grounded in real-world work.

Join the Mission!
If you love this mission as much as we do, your organisation can actively take part. We can work with your teams to create meaningful learning content linked to the real purpose of your work. Together, we identify something genuinely valuable that your people can teach that young people would benefit from hearing. We then film and produce the content professionally, managing the entire process from start to finish.
Your team has the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that go beyond day-to-day targets and equip young people with skills and perspectives that are often hard to access.
The content becomes part of our scholarship platform, and you are also free to use it on your own website and channels. It is a simple way to align your expertise with real social impact, in a way that feels authentic and grounded in what you actually do.
