We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to access great learning that enables them to reach their full potential. That belief is why the Showing Up Foundation exists. For every person we train, whether in person or on the platform, the Foundation funds at least one free scholarship for a young person facing barriers to entering the workforce. And we would love you to be part of it.

Across the world, tens of millions of young people lack the education and support they need to build a career, and the gap between those who get a good start and those who do not is widening. We spend our working lives helping brilliant people get better at what they do. It would be strange not to use some of what we know for the people who need it most.
How the scholarships work
A scholarship gives a young person free access to learning on the Showing Up platform, chosen for people who are starting out. It builds the practical skills, self-belief and confidence that open doors, and we work alongside charities, schools, youth organisations and employers to make sure that it leads somewhere real and lasting.
Every scholarship is funded by our clients, without any of them having to lift a finger. For every person we train, in the room or on the platform, the Foundation funds at least one free place. We certify your contribution for your B Corp, ESG and social value reporting, so the good your training does is counted as well as felt.
Join the mission
If you would like to do more than fund places, your people can help teach. Anyone in your organisation can record a short career lesson on something they know well, from how to run a first client meeting to what they wish they had known at twenty-one. We help with the script, film it at your office in a single day, and add it to the Foundation’s free library, where a young person can watch it the week before their first interview. You are welcome to use it on your own channels too, and there is no charge to you.
