The second is what we call ASSESS: these relate directly to the Career Development Map, measuring behaviours and skills to pinpoint exactly where your strengths and development areas lie.

It measures your behaviours and skills across the five levels, from Discovering to Pioneer, and can be completed alone or with a manager and peers adding their view.
