The Platform
Showing Up is an online learning platform built specifically for consultants, advisors, consultative sellers and internal change makers solving complex problems. It gives your people self-directed, practical development they can access whenever they need it, grounded in our Nine Dimensions framework and shaped by two decades of working with consulting teams worldwide.
Over 80 video modules, 15 self-assessments, and a library of team challenges, with new content added monthly. Every piece of content is mapped to the Nine Dimensions and tagged by career stage, so your people can find the right learning quickly.
Most platforms offer generic professional development. Showing Up was designed from the ground up for consulting, advisory, and client work. Every learning component is built around the real client challenges your team faces every day, and the Nine Dimensions framework ensures development is focused on the specific areas that drive the greatest impact with clients, not just general business skills.
We hear this a lot - and we agree that most video learning is passive and forgettable. That’s why every module on Showing Up is built around application. You watch a short, focused video, then you apply what you’ve learned to your own work, your own clients, your own team. It’s engaging because it’s immediately useful. We also include self-assessments and team challenges that go well beyond watching a screen.
Modules are bite-sized and practical. Even the longer courses (such as “Running Great Discovery Meetings”) are broken down into 3 to 10-minute learning segments including the core teaching, practical exercises, self-reflection assessments, and team exercises. They are short enough to fit between client meetings, but deep enough to change how someone approaches their next conversation or challenge.
The Nine Dimensions are the values, behaviours and skills that define exceptional consultants. We identified them through two decades of research and work with more than 10,000 consultants. They are: Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Character, Communication, Collaboration, Curation, Commerciality, and Coaching. Every module, assessment and challenge on the platform maps back to these dimensions.
Elevating Your Current Learning
It’s designed to complement what you already do, not replace it. Use it as pre-work before workshops, reinforcement after training events, or continuous development between formal programmes. It fills the gaps that classroom training can’t reach - the everyday moments where your people need to develop but can’t step away from client work.
Yes. You can see who’s engaged, what they’ve completed, and how capability is developing across your team over time. Reports can be pulled for leadership in minutes, and you can track progress by individual, team, office or level.
Absolutely. You can assign modules or curated learning pathways by role, level, team or office. You can also let individuals explore on their own - most firms use a combination of both.
Once we’ve agreed your plan, your team gets immediate access to the full platform. There’s no complex integration required, people log in and start learning.
Both. We work with teams of ten and firms of thousands. The platform scales, and we’ll build a plan that fits your organisation.
Cost and Value
The base price is £495 per person, per year. For small businesses (revenue under £1million) and public institutions it is £295 per person, per year, and £95 for non-profits (or donate what you can). In-Person Training
Yes. Our in-person workshops bring the Nine Dimensions methodology to life in the room. Many clients use them as a high-impact way to introduce the framework before rolling the platform out across their team, or as periodic intensive sessions that complement the ongoing digital learning.
Think of in-person as the proof layer and initial engager. It’s the same methodology, delivered live, a way to experience the framework in action before scaling it digitally. The platform is where the continuous, day-to-day development happens. Most clients start with one and move to both.
The Showing Up Foundation
For every person your team trains with us, we provide a free scholarship to a young person facing barriers to entering the workforce. It’s our way of ensuring that great learning creates a better future for everyone, not just those who already have access.
Yes. We provide certification for your firm’s contribution to the Foundation, which you can use to support your sustainability and social impact reporting.
Our mission is to support at least 1 million young people in accessing education and employment by 2035.
Getting Started
