We have brought together a group of people who share an absolute passion for learning, and for helping people in client-facing roles to be the very best they can be. Every member of the team has been a consultant for at least two decades, with each building a pioneering consultancy practice of their own as well as being part of the Showing Up team.
At Showing Up, we only work with a small number of clients at any one time to ensure that we can design the very best learning that your people love, and that makes a real difference to the work and the causes you care about.
Benjamin Western
Co-Founder & Head of Learning
Benjamin’s great passion is working with people who solve complex problems. He has been part of building humanitarian organisations and consulting in complex environments, and leads the design of all of our learning and facilitation.
David Fagg
Co-Founder & Head of Technology
Throughout his career, David has designed human-centred technology, at organisations from IBM to HSBC, and he cares most about creating great user experiences. He leads the design of our technology and of the Showing Up learning platform.
Olivia Gribaudo
Partner & Business Transformation Lead
Olivia has spent her working life in transformation, alongside organisations facing deep and complex change and helping them navigate that complexity. She leads our Character and Collaboration dimensions, and our client transformation work.
Mike Morton
Partner & Lead Facilitator
Mike has facilitated learning for the world’s leading firms for most of his working life, and he brings real energy, warmth and craft to every room he works in. He leads our Creativity, Communication and Commercial dimensions.
Hema Bakhshi
Partner Facilitator & Executive Coach
Hema coaches founders and senior leaders, helping them think clearly, keep calm and stay composed when the pressure is on, and she has done so for many years. She leads our Character and Collaboration dimensions.
Alex Farcas
Partner & Behavioural Science Lead
Alex works in behavioural science: how people work, hire and grow, and how good research becomes something a team can actually use. He leads our behavioural science, from the assessments on the platform to our full hiring ecosystem.
Beth Grayston
Partner Facilitator & Executive Coach
Beth’s career began in sales, then commercial learning, then coaching, helping people make the most of work and life, and she brings all three with her. She leads our Commercial, Collaboration and Coaching dimensions.

Angela’s specialism is leadership. She helps leaders, and the businesses they run, work out what their people need next and make it happen. She facilitates and coaches across our Curiosity, Critical Thinking and Collaboration dimensions.
