1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between you, the User of this Website and/or Services ("you"), and Showing Up Learning Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the owner and provider of this Website and all associated services. By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound, please stop using the Website or Services.

  • Account: Your registered user profile used to access our learning services.

  • Content: Any text, videos, audio, workbooks, graphics, or materials available on the Website.

  • Services: Any training, learning materials, courses, digital content, or coaching offered via our Website or platform.

  • User: Any individual or organisation accessing our Website or Services.

You must be 18 or older to use our Services. If under 18, you may only use the platform with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Content, including course videos, graphics, documents, and training modules, are owned by Showing Up Learning Ltd or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or use our Content for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Access to Services

Access is provided upon successful payment or enrolment. We aim to grant access within two working days. We may change, suspend, or remove access to features at our discretion.

7. Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and may include VAT. Payments are taken securely via our authorised provider. You agree to provide valid and current payment information. For subscriptions, billing is recurring unless cancelled.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

For consumers (not businesses): You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase unless the content has been accessed.

If accessed, you waive the cancellation right. For cancellations or questions, contact us at contact@showinguplearning.com. Refunds, where eligible, are issued within 14 days.

9. Foundation Access

For each person we train through a paid programme, we commit to training one person from a disadvantaged background. This is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible. Participation in the Foundation is non-contractual and based on capacity.

10. Platform and Availability

We make every effort to ensure uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share account details with others.

  • Copy, record, or share training content.

  • Upload inappropriate or unlawful content to our systems.

  • Use our services for unsolicited marketing or spam.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

12. Data Protection

13. Third Party Links

We may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these sites.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee specific results from using our training.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
