Showing Up was founded by childhood friends Benjamin and David. They first met at school and, three decades later, built Showing Up together.
Benjamin has been designing learning for over two decades, from the boardroom to the frontline of humanitarian crises. He has partnered with organisations including the UN, KPMG, Newton, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, NHS, Save the Children, and Springer Nature. Alongside Showing Up, he is the Founder of The Shining Light Project and serves as a Board Advisor to Hope & Aid Direct.
David is a UX and platform design leader with nearly two decades of experience shaping digital products used by millions of end-users worldwide. He builds tools that make the complex feel simple, and that makes learning stick. He has worked with organisations including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and JP Morgan.
